Practice Areas & Experience: Mr. Riemland focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and estate planning. In the area of real estate law, Mr. Riemland advises clients on residential and commercial transactions and title and title insurance issues, as well as many other matters associated with real estate. Mr. Riemland spends a majority of his time advising clients on how best to plan their estates. For his clients, Mr. Riemland can prepare estate planning documents ranging from a simple will to a detailed trust. With regard to estate planning, Mr. Riemland advises his clients how to structure their estate plans so as to minimize the amount of federal tax that may burden their estate.
