Practice Areas & Experience: Mr. Daly has a substantial amount of knowledge and experience in estate planning, income, gift, and estate tax, corporate, and real estate law. He counsels clients on the creation of wills and trusts and the administration of both large and small estates and trusts. He advises clients on strategies to lawfully minimize tax liabilities. Mr. Daly has represented many individuals and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities.
