Practice Areas & Experience: Mr. Hyrns concentrates his legal practice on litigation. He helps clients in attempting to resolve their disputes prior to litigation; however, if litigation is necessary, he adeptly guides clients through the processes of filing a complaint, conducting discovery, and preparing for and handling the eventual trial. Mr. Hyrns has extensive experience in the following areas of law: commercial/business, construction, contracts, real estate, municipal, unemployment, domestic, and probate. Mr. Hyrns has had extensive training in the field of alternative dispute resolution and has negotiated a variety of complex settlements as a facilitative mediator.
